What is Group Therapy?
Group therapy is a process through which clients work with a trained therapist and 4 - 8 other individuals by sharing their experiences and support to other members of the group.

In group therapy, clients are afforded the opportunity to voice their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that allows them to be heard and seen by fellow members of the group.

Groups are generally structured around shared struggles, experiences, or desires to improve certain aspects of the members' lives.
